The French Baker

French Baker's first branch opened 20 years ago at SM North Edsa. It has been on the top list of bakeries ever since. It offers freshly-baked, high-quality, affordable breads. Later on, they decided to expand their bakery and add a restaurant that offers exciting healthy array of foods. I was surprised when we asked for a service water, they gave us a vase-like pitcher of water with slice of lemon. They truly are a healthy restaurant. Don't forget to try their pasta that will surely tickle your taste buds!

The first time we dined in at French Baker, it was sit and order type of restaurant, but on the second time, it was "pay as you order". I'm not really sure if they're a fast food or not. Maybe both? :P

German Sausage with potato salad. Extra long all meat German sausage topped with mormay sauce and bacon chips served on crusty steak roll.

I'm not really a fan of salad but this potato salad was oh so yummy! German sausage combined with the perfect garnish=perfect! Although they're crusty steak roll was kind of tensile.

Chicken Parmigiana Fettucini. An Italian-American inspired pasta dish consisting of cooked spaghetti in Italian tomato sauce sided with grilled foccacia slices or French garlic toast.

Chicken Pesto Spaghetti. Cooked spaghetti tossed in a classic sauce from Genoa region of Italy. Made with fresh basil, nuts, garlic, parmesan cheese and extra virgin olive oil, topped with pan-griddled chicken pieces and sided with grilled foccacia slices or French toast.

Fettucini ala Carbonara. A Roman tradition consisting of cooked Fettucini pasta tossed in carbonara sauce made with bacon and cheese-flavored eggs, sided with grilled foccacia slices or French garlic toast. Your choice of white or green spinach pasta.
