Racks

I had a post birthday celebration with the two closest girls in my life. We decided to have lunch at Racks after a stressful day at school. With our classes from 7am up to 12noon, we were hungry like tigers! We chose to visit Racks SM North Edsa since it's the most convenient branch from our school.

You can see how they prepare your food from the live kitchen. It's really impressive to look at an organized and clean restaurant kitchen, don't you think?

Interior design has a farm like ambiance which is very laid-back.

Regular and Extra Hot Barbeque Sauce. Love love their regular BBQ sauce!

Garlic Bread that came with our pasta.

Our carbonara platter that is so soooo creamy!

I could say that the platter size is enough for four persons. We were three sharing the pasta and we couldn't finish it.

Quarter rack of Racks Classic Pork Ribs with mashed potato and coleslaw.

Half rack of their best selling baby ribs with two mac n cheese for the side dish. It's true that the  ribs naturally falls off the bone! Simply perfect with their barbecue sauce.

You could never go wrong with their super duper yummy mac n cheese as the side dish!

Our orders were enough to fill three hungry tummies. I even had to take out one fourth of our carbonara platter. The food is excellent! Especially their house specialties that we tried (baby ribs & classic pork ribs). Surprisingly, I liked their pork ribs better than their best selling baby ribs because of the smokey flavor. Both ribs won't require effort in eating, seriously. The service is very good as well. The staff is attentive and their manager checked on us after having our orders completed. The place is very neat and organized. Value for food is very worth it! We'll surely be back again soon!
