Liberty New York Steakhouse

First of all, I would like to apologize for my grainy photos. This was an unplanned visit to UP Town Center that's why I was not able to bring my dslr. Anyway, my boyfriend found out about Liberty New York Steakhouse when it was featured in Kris TV. It is located at the second floor of UP Town Center. We don't live anywhere near this place but we were so eager to try their steaks when we saw it on tv.

We arrived just in time for dinner. We were their first customers but after few minutes of checking their menu, other customers started to arrive. The place was warm and casual. The mustard colored couch gave us that American diner vibes. I loved the different wall arts that were hanged on their green patterned wall. Oh, look at the ceiling!

Midtown Steak comes with a complementary soup of the day only during weekdays. We had the yummy tomato soup.

I wanted to have the K Pop BBQ Steak but it wasn't available. So I ordered their other best seller, Country Fried Steak (Php330). Double coated US beef steak that came with the very good mashed potato (super better than KFC's mashed potato, in my opinion). It's creamy while some portions are overcooked which added a little crunch. Now I know why this is one of their best sellers. The tender and juicy beef steak was complimented with the non-greasy and crispy coat. It also came with some vegetables. I would totally recommend this dish!

This is their Gaucho Steak (Php495) also from the Midtown Steaks selection. It came with a corn on the cob and your choice of black bean rice (white rice) or mexican rice. Bry chose to have the mexican rice since it was recommended by our server. I had a taste of his grilled rib eye steak and boy it's perfect! Just perfect! Btw, all of their Midtown Steaks are only 100g per order.

We had their Sweet Tea (Php70) which was also recommended by our server. Their bottomless drinks were not available at that time. It's good but nothing special.

Another wonderful dining experience! This restaurant has good value for money. Affordable prices without sacrificing the taste and quality. Nothing negative about their customer service. We will surely come back to try their other steaks. <3
