Prost Braumeister at The Fort Strip

My bestfriend told me that she has a voucher from Prost Braumeister and we need to use it before it expires. So, she invited me and my boyfriend to have lunch at Prost. We immediately said yes! I searched about Prost the night before our lunch date and found out that it's a German themed pub serving what Germany is famous for -- sausages and beer. I also found out that Sam Milby, a Filipino celebrity is a co-owner of the restaurant. It was also featured in KrisTV which is a plus because anything that's approved by the queen of all media is probably good.

It has high ceiling. The color black dominates the place which made it look more like a bar than a restaurant. They have fun wall arts anywhere, including in the comfort room.

The drinks menu.

Spinach Flatbread (Php510)

Nuernberger Sausage Spiral with French Fries (Php800)
Extra Fries (Php225)

Oettinger Wheat Beer 500ml (Php180)

Displays of their imported beers.

Bestfriend, Me, Boyfriend.

Overall, the food in Prost is good but kind of expensive! We had a voucher worth Php1,000 but we still paid an extra Php1,000 on top of that. The spinach flatbread was a winner. Especially the Oetingger Wheat Beer! My bestfriend is no drinker when it comes to beer but she told me she liked it! It's totally different from our local beers, less bitter and has a hint of sweetness that made it taste like a soda. We had fun eating the sausage since it was our first time to see such a long one. The taste was good but nothing really extraordinary. The honey mustard sauce and french fries served with the sausage made it more unforgettable. We did have fun and we might come back to Prost but not anytime soon.
