Meat Plus Cafe | Subic Bay Freeport Zone

"I can't leave Subic without eating at Meat Plus!" a statement that almost every person say whenever coming back to Subic. I was quite curious about this restaurant since I've read a lot of positive comments and recommendations about it. Meat Plus Cafe is within the vicinity of Subic Bay Freeport Zone, just a few minutes ride from the hotels located at waterfront road. We used our GPS to find this  raved restaurant. We arrived dinner time and was surprised on the number of people dining. Wow! There must be something awesome here. We entered and a waitress approached us and asked how many are we dining. She then reserved a table for us while we fall in line in the cashier to order. 

See the refrigerator on the photo above? There you can choose your own steak and they will cook it for you whatever doneness you prefer. It comes with an additional cooking fee of Php100. We skipped the DIY and just ordered from their Combo Meals. I had the BBQ Pork Ribs with soup and java rice while Bry had Oven Roasted Beef Belly with soup and java rice. Each meal comes with a drink. I had pink lemonade while he had iced tea.

I was amazed with plates hanging on the wall. Each plate was designed by the avid customers of Meat Plus. 28, our favourite number. How lucky!

Both our orders were soooooo good! They looked dry but when you start cutting and eating it, you'll find the meat so tender and tasty! Bry even had an extra rice because the serving was not rationed. One cup of rice was enough for me, I got really full and satisfied after finishing my meal. The servers were all so busy but still managed to show kindness to us despite the pressure of having a lot of customers. Guess they're used to it. haha! After dining here, we both agreed that when we come back, we will definitely dine here again together with our family and friends. So awesome. Just awesome. We love you meat plus! :*
